Ivy Cottage and
22 & 24 North Lane:
We require a returnable bond of £250 for each
person renting accommodation in Ivy Cottage. Similarly,
we require a returnable bond of £250 for each
person renting accommodation in 22 or 24 North Lane.
20 North Lane - Top & Basement
Flats:
For both flats at 20 North Lane, we require a returnable
bond to the value of one month's rental, i.e. £500
for the Top Flat and £350 for the Basement Flat.
7 Chapel Place:
We require a returnable bond to the value of one month's
rental, i.e. £450.
The returnable bond is to cover any damage to the
property or furnishing and fittings, which is deemed
by us to be not reasonable wear and tear. In the event
of damage to property or furrnishing and fittings being
less than the value of the returnable bond, we will
reimburse the difference.
Standard Contract:
There is a standard contract that all terms are set
out in. We do not add or remove anything from the contract
since it is a nationwide contract that is the same
at all universities.
Arrears:
Tenants must not get into arrears with the rent. We
cannot tolerate this and will be forced to take action
accordingly.
Rent does not include:
