About PR Services
P.R. Services pride ourselves on providing a friendly, value
for money service to all our tenants and we try hard to deal
with any day-to-day problems quickly and effectively. We
work on a 24 hour call out to our rented properties. All
repairs and problems are dealt with by us as quickly as possible.
In the event of a problem we can be contacted by phone or
by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You do not have to
ring an estate agent who works on a 9 to 5 basis, who then
has to contact us. Instead, you contact the owner of your
property direct.
We are based some 30 miles from Headingley in a small village
near Selby, North Yorkshire, but in the event of an emergency
we have contact with craftsmen in Headingley. We doubt that
you will get this level of service from any other landlord
in Headingley. Mark Wilson, the company principal is usually
in Headingley two or three days a week and is happy to answer
any queries or deal with any tenancy issues when he is in
the area. You can ring or text Mark 24 hours a day and 7

your concerns.

20 North Lane in Headingley and we are usually there
on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is probably better to ring
